FEATURE FILM WRITTEN AND DIRECTED BY CIARAN O'CONNOR
An
award winning feature film written and directed by Ciaran O'Connor,
Trafficked tells the controversial story of Taiwo, a foreign national
who is trafficked into Ireland by a crime boss. She escapes from him
only to be further betrayed by the man whom she thought had saved her.
The film stars Karl Shiels, Ruth Negga, Martin Dunne and Jasmine
Russell, and received completion funding from the Irish Film Board.
TRAFFICKED was
released in selected cinemas nationwide on Friday 21st May 2010.
